Our gatherings take place at venues with diverse menus to ensure there’s something for everyone! As you order and pay for your own refreshments individually, you are in charge of your own dietary choices. If you have a severe allergy, please do mention it to the venue staff upon arrival so they can look after you properly.

No. Because Mother Hen curates every table based on the unique chemistry of the group, tickets are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell or give your seat to another person, as it would disrupt the balance of the table we’ve built specifically for you.

At Flock, we curate every seat to ensure the perfect group dynamic. Because a last-minute empty chair ruffles the feathers of the entire group, we have a strict 48-hour notice policy for all cancellations.

For Seekers (Pay-per-gathering): You can cancel up to 48 hours in advance with no penalties. The cancellation window always closes at 11.59pm regardless of your gathering time. The "48 hours" is a general guideline, but the official is based on the calendar day cut-off.

Eg. If the gathering is on Thursday, please email us by Tuesday 11.59pm.

While Mother Hen does her best to keep every nest cozy and on schedule, sometimes the unexpected happens. If we have to cancel a gathering, you will receive a 100% refund.

You can cancel your membership any time through your Customer Account Portal on our website.
